Company Introduction

One of my providers has informed me of the following, which he has POP in hand. These are ready to be closed in less than 78 hours.

1) 1M MT SPOT D2, FOB/CIF Houston (from a re-seller) 250,000 available for immediate lifting @ 380/400

2) 5M MT SPOT D2, FOB Rotterdam; 100% ready to be lifted @ 400/420

3) 2M MT per month for 12 months D2, CIF ASWP @ 380/400

4) 5M MT contract of 12 months (to be delivered over a 12 month period) CIF ASWP @ 380/400

FIRST
$490/480 1MMT HOUSTON, 250,000 IN TANKS READY TO LIFT
PROCEDURES
1, Buyer and Seller, its mandate and intermediaries returns signed NCNDA and IMFPA.
2, Buyer issues ICPO (Ask Clara for the name).
3, Buyer also issues an RWA, specific to this deal (from a top 25 bank), to Seller to be verified via phone, banker to banker.(Word format is not acceptable)

4, After successful confirmation of RWA as POF Seller will issue Full POP to Buyer.
5.Seller will also issue contract to Buyer and Buyer returns signed contract.

6.Buyer then issues a conditional MT-103/23 within 24 hours to cover the amount that is liftable.
